Benjamin Yuen postpones the release of new single
15 May - Benjamin Yuen recently revealed that he has postponed plans to release his new song on his birthday.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who was originally scheduled to share his new song on the online platform on 11 May, the same day he turned 42, stated that the song will now be released in June.
"Every piece of work, whether it is a song or a drama, has its own fate. You can't just do what you want. This year, I hope to release two more songs and then an EP," he said.
Benjamin added that he purely loves music and expressing himself through music, and that he hopes everybody will feel the same way.
Asked if he would like to win a music award in the future, the actor said that he used to think winning one, whether for acting or singing, proves that his works are of high standard.
"But now I realise that there are many factors involved the awards. I am happy where I am now. Will I win any award? That depends on fate," he added.
