Barry Yip registers marriage with girlfriend
5 Dec – Hong Kong singer and Metro Radio personality Barry Yip has recently tied the knot with his girlfriend of four years, Michelle.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer who registered his marriage with Michelle at the Queensway Marriage Registry on 3 December, shared that he is very excited about getting married that he couldn't sleep the night before.
"We only invited some relatives and friends, but hopefully we'll have a wedding banquet next year," he said.
When asked why they've decided to get married on that particular day, Barry stated, "I am an absent-minded man. I may forget some of the anniversaries. So we registered on 3rd December at 4pm. It's easy to remember, because it is 1234."
As for their honeymoon plans, the singer shared that the two of them will travel to Japan in mid-December, adding that they will be discussing about the wedding banquet while they're on their holiday.
When asked if they will also discuss about baby plans while in Japan, Barry said, "We'll leave it up to fate."
