Barbie Imperial denounces edited lewd photo
2 Feb – Barbie Imperial recently took to social media to slam those who decided to edit her bikini photo to make it seem like she was posing naked.
On 1 February, the actress posted two photos side by side, one of her in a neon yellow swimsuit and another one of the same photo being edited to look as if she was in the nude, writing, "This is so stupid. You really think I'll post a photo like this?"
"To everyone who is sharing this, you're too much. And everybody who has been bashing me because of this picture, that's stupid."
Imperial stated that she couldn't fathom the existence of such people who have nothing else to do but edit photos of women to make it seem lewd, adding that no good comes from doing so.
Her post also received a lot of support from other stars, including Sue Ramirez, whose bikini photos with Maris Racal also received the same lewd treatment from irresponsible and malicious parties.
Other stars whose photos were altered in the same way include Kathryn Bernardo, Nadine Lustre, and Maine Mendoza - the latter already seeking help from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) regarding the issue.
Imperial is currently dating Diego Lozyaga.
