Anita Yuen won't say no to do more TVB shows

8 Apr - Anita Yuen was recently spotted in TVB City for the first time in a long time for the recording of the new TVB parenting show, "Daily Mom Talk".

As reported on Eastweek, the actress, who spoke to the media at the show, dismissed the notion that she was more interested to film shows in mainland for the past few years due to the hefty salary, saying that she would only do shows that she thinks are interesting.

"I only do projects that attract me and this show seems great. I also heard Mimi Lo was hosting and I haven't seen her in a while so I said yes," she said, adding that she was invited to appear on the first episode by TVB executives Eric Tsang and Wong Cho Lam.

Anita stressed that she will not rule out cooperation with TVB in the future, and that she has a lot of ideas to share.

"I need a lot of positive energy and good atmosphere, so I really hope that I can do some food and leisure shows," she added.

As for TV series, the actress said that she would say yes depending on the subject matter and timing.

Asked if she would be okay to appear in shows with husband Julian Cheung, Anita shook her head and jokingly replied, "We have done a lot of variety shows together in China. After all, I am a pretty girl who should have her own career."
