Angie Cheong admits breakup

13 Sep - Actress Angie Cheong has admitted that she and boyfriend of one year, Chen Wei Jun, have called it quits.

As reported on Apple Daily, rumours of their breakup sparked recently, with sources claiming that the businessman was unable to accept Angie's adopted son, Hanson.

When asked about it, the 42-year-old admitted to the breakup, saying, "If the other person can't find the balance between his family and his kids with mine, then he's not the man I am looking for."

"I just don't want to waste anyone's time with a relationship that's going nowhere," she added.

When asked if she is upset over the breakup, Angie stated that she is just relieved that they didn't waste more time. As to whether she has other suitors, the actress said that she is in no hurry to fall in love and would enjoy her normal single life for now.
