Andy Zhang threatens lawsuit over slander

8 Aug – "The Journey of Flower" star Andy Zhang has recently released a statement to deny rumours of an affair between him and his manager Bi Ying.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who was accused of cheating on wife Catherine Hung with his own manager, reposted a statement from Andy Zhang Studio a few days ago, which read, "On 24 July 2018, Ms Catherine Hung posted a photo of her family's trip to Shanghai Disneyland on Weibo, and the media and netizens - without any real evidence - created fictional facts based solely on their own subjective delusions."

"The above false statements have seriously violated the legitimate rights and interests of Mr. Andy Zhang. We ask for the immediate deletion of the relevant information, or otherwise we will legally pursue legal responsibility."

Andy has also dismissed the rumours himself, writing, "The family and I are as happy as ever. The manager and I have been working together for a long time. False news and concern, we know it in our hearts. Thank you for your concern."
