Ali Lee returns with a new TVB drama
21 Mar – Ali Lee recently showed off her new shorter hairstyle, as she prepares for her TVB comeback drama, "Mahjong Orchestra" (working title).
The actress, who appeared alongside co-star Shaun Tam at the press conference of the drama, shared that she has to play her role as a young woman until her mature age, and to also play mahjong in the series.
Asked if she is going to make a strong comeback, since her last drama was the 2021 series, "A Perfect Man", Ali said that she already feels blessed that the producer thought of her when casting for the drama.
"In fact, the series was supposed to be shot earlier, but it was delayed due to many factors that were beyond my control," she said.
However, Ali also stressed that this will not be her farewell drama, despite having had no news about her contract renewal with TVB.
"I hope to film more dramas, and get good roles. For me, this has not changed," she added.
