Ge Huijie mocks Wang Feng's new romance
16 May - Amid rumours of a new romance with a younger woman, Wang Feng found himself being slammed as usual by his former partner, Ge Huijie.
As reported on Tencent, on 14 May, following reports that the rock star is dating anew after his divorce from actress Zhang Ziyi, Ge took to social media to share a black and white photo of herself sitting on a sofa.
She posted, "Are you out of inspirations to write songs? Can't you take some responsibility for the children? How old are you that you don't know how to protect your private life?"
This is just one of Ge's many online attacks against Wang Feng ever since they broke up more than a decade ago.
Earlier, the model reacted with glee over news of Wang's divorce, stating that his failed marriage was "kind of a relief" for her and that she is glad that Zhang Ziyi has "finally opened her eyes".
It is noted that Wang has been married three times throughout his life, with the last marriage with Zhang Ziyi ended last year. Though he had never married Ge, whom he dated while she was a minor, the two have a daughter together.
Recently, instead of wishing his ex-wife a Happy Mother's Day, Wang was photographed with a new woman, who had since been identified as Li Qiao, whom netizens said to be involved in Xinjiang Tourism.
