Ali Lee: I never said I wanted to get married now!
31 Aug – TVB actress Ali Lee recently reiterated that she is not tying the knot anytime soon, following rumours of an upcoming wedding with TV personality Danny Chan.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared at a brand event recently, stated that a lot of people misunderstood her words when she previously said that she would be okay with a simple proposal from the ViuTV host.
"I am very busy right now. I already have my work arranged for me for 2019," she said.
When asked if she hates the idea of marriage, Ali smiled and said that she just wants to make more money for the time being.
"I used to want to get married at the age of 28. It has already passed a long time ago, so I no longer set any goals for marriage," she said.
Ali also admitted that she is happy with the situation between her and Danny, adding that it was the public that seemed to be more eager about them tying the knot than they are.
