Zul Ariffin anxious to see reception to "Don Dukun"

1 Nov - Zul Ariffin recently admitted that he is quite nervous about finally showing his new movie, "Don Dukun" to the public.

The 38-year-old actor, who spoke to the media about his very first comedy movie as a lead star, said while it is normal to feel anxious about showing a new movie, it was extra nerve-racking this time around due to the genre.

"I am truly nervous. I was nervous before the shoot, while we were shooting the movie, and until now. But I can finally see the end result of the project," he said.

Zul added that the movie was actually shot back in 2022.

The actor also said that the movie is extra special as he got to star alongside his mentor, Datuk Yusof Haslam, who plays his father in the movie.

"He started my career and Skop Productions is where I learned how to act. He was the one who gave me the opportunity to be an actor. So, I was very proud and happy to learn that he plays my dad in the film" he added.
