Zendaya Officially Enters Her 'Challengers' Era by Attending Tennis Match With Tom Holland

Tashi Duncan and Peter Parker were out in full force.

So long Dune press tour, we hardly knew you! Zendaya has officially moved on and is channeling her inner Tashi Duncan ahead of the release of her upcoming movie, Challengers, by attending a tennis game alongside her beau, Tom Holland.

Holland and Zendaya appeared at the 2024 BNP Paribas Open on March 17 to watch multiple games during the day. The actress wore a cream colored ensemble inspired by tennis wear, donning a Louis Vuitton hoodie, with a crew neck t-shirt and pleated skirt. Holland complemented his girlfriend in a brown button up shirt worn open to expose a cream colored tank top.

During the games, Zendaya and Holland kept their PDA minimal, but added another cute Tomdaya moment to their arsenal by lip singing along to Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody." The couple also politely smiled for cameras when they were called out for being in the crowd.

Elsewhere during the event, Zendaya also met with tennis player winner Iga Świątek and posed for photos after she beat opponent Maria Sakkari with a score of 6-4.

"Meeting Zendaya was crazy, but on the other hand, she’s a human like all of us. So I was just happy that she’s enjoying tennis and she’s, you know, having this movie with tennis theme [Challengers] coming out. So that should be really exciting,” Świątek said after meeting the Euphoria star.

The tennis player added, “She can practice with me any time if she wants to, but for sure it was fun and she’s a really great person.”
