Zanilia Zhao threatens legal action against slanderers

9 Jan – Chinese actress Zanilia Zhao has recently released a statement saying that she will not hesitate to take legal action against those who spread false rumours about her.

As reported on Epoch Times, the statement came after rumours sparked that she used "30 stunt doubles" for all her action scenes while working on her hit television drama, "Princess Agents".

The rumours sparked criticisms from netizens, who claimed that the Zanilia was being disrespectful to her fans by deceiving them.

In a statement, the actress's agency stated that such a baseless rumours and use of fake figures is seriously damaging the actress' reputation, and therefore they have the right to take legal action.

The agency also stated that they have already notified their lawyers and the authorities about the issue and is currently awaiting action.

China launched a new amphibious assault ship Friday, capable of launching fighter jets and designed to strengthen the navy's combat ability in distant seas.
