'xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage' tops worldwide box office

Spy action movie ‘xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage' dominated the global box office over the weekend.

The third installment of the franchise, which stars Vin Diesel, took an estimated $70.5 million worldwide the weekend ending January 22, comScore reports. Universal's thriller ‘Split' followed in second position, raking in an estimated $46 million, while Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone's latest shared project ‘La La Land' took $24.9 million.
