Xiu Jie-kai gets ready for baby number two
20 Feb - Actor Xiu Jie-kai is more confident about the upcoming birth of his second daughter with actress Alyssa Chia, since he has already experienced it the first time back in 2015.
As reported on Liberty Times, the actor, who appeared at a launching event recently, shared, "I am less nervous than before. But Alyssa is still nervous since she is the one who is going under the knife."
In terms of her physical condition, however, Xie stated Alyssa is doing fine and she has been eating well. She is already used to do it, with the pregnancy being her third one.
When asked if their daughter BuBu knew about her little sister, the actor said that the two year-old would always touch Alyssa's tummy to greet the baby.
"But the baby sister doesn't appreciate her, and would not stop kicking," he added with a laugh.
With Alyssa's pregnancy in the last trimester, Xie revealed that she is scheduled to give birth some time next month.
Although Xie will be welcoming his second child with Alyssa, this would be the actress' third daughter. She already has a 12-year-old named Angelina from a previous marriage.
