Xian Lim and Coleen Garcia to star in new movie

Director Jason Paul Laxamana revealed the news online

8 Dec - After working together in an episode of the long-running show, "Maalaala Mo Kaya", it was reported that Xian Lim and Coleen Garcia are teaming up for a new movie.

As reported on Chisms, director Jason Paul Laxamana recently shared a photo of the two stars on Instagram, and revealed that they just had a meeting with the production.

"Meeting for our upcoming movie," he wrote.

However, no details have been released about the upcoming project, although many speculated that it will be another romantic comedy.

Laxamana, known for his indie projects, has been helming a number of mainstream movies lately, including the Solenn Heussaff-starrer, "Love is Blind", which was released back in February.

While Xian Lim is set to work with Garcia again, his onscreen partner, Kim Chiu is currently filming a new drama with Gerald Anderson.
