Wu Jinyan sparks pregnancy rumours
1 Oct - After surprising fans with news of her marriage, Wu Jinyan has sparked another rumour as soon as she made her first public appearance since the announcement.
As reported on Oriental Daily, the "Story of Yanxi Palace" star recently attended an endorsement event, the first event since becoming Mrs. Hong Yao, wearing a shoulderless baby pink dress that she paired up with a pair of flats.
Her appearance immediately had people speculating that there is a bun in the oven, especially when Wu subconsciously put her hands on her abdomen from time to time. The design of the dress was also quite loose, with a large flower covering the lower abdomen that many speculated to have been placed there to hide the baby bump.
"This dress can't hide the smell of pregnancy," said one netizen.
"She looks better when she gets bigger," said another.
This is the second time the actress sparked pregnancy rumour since she and husband Hong Yao announced their marriage on 13 September. A few days after the announcement, Wu was photographed with what seemed to be a baby bump as she jogged around in casual sportswear at a park.
Both Wu and Hong have yet to respond to the rumours.
