This Woman Has a Message for Donald Trump, but She Would Prefer to Show It to You

From Cosmopolitan

Come November, Donald Trump should be elected president because he just may be the greatest performance artist of all time. That is, at least, according to one woman who roamed the chaotic streets of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland on Monday. She wore a Spandex bodysuit with images of Kanye West, Beyoncé, and Arnold Schwarzenegger and explained that she is a member of the Neo-Lived Realist Party.

"We believe that artists should lead the world," the woman, who would not reveal her identity, said, noting that the movement was inspired in part by former President George W. Bush. "You may remember him - he's a painter. One of the most famous American painters," she said.

According to a bunch of text overlaid on a picture of Bono on their website, the Neo-Lived Realist Party is a "political party and artistic movement which is rooted in the belief that leadership by artists is an engaging and exciting lifestyle innovation in global collaboration." It is a creation of the Desearch Repartment, a collective whose work is satirical in nature (if you hadn't already guessed).

"We're hoping that Donald Trump, who is an amazing performance artist, is going to take on some of our party's platforms. So I'm here to meet with him and suggest that we build, instead of a fence between the United States and Mexico, a Mobius fence," she said, pointing to a flag with a Möbius strip on it:

"We'll all be both inside the fence and outside the fence simultaneously," she said.

When asked what else she might tell Trump if she had the chance to meet him, she responded with an, um, interesting pose:

She then ripped off her bodysuit to reveal a second spandex bodysuit featuring a leader she admires even more: German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
