When you can’t go to Tuscany for summer, Monti brings it to you: with a view reminiscent of the Tuscan waters, the bayside restaurant makes for a picture-perfect brunch destination.

Highly revered in the wine scene, Margaret River’s Amelia Park has won multiple awards at reputed wine shows such as International Wine Competition and the Decanter World Wine Awards. Consistently awarded 5 Red Stars in James Halliday's Wine Companion, their wines are a product of marrying tradition and innovation while being grounded in a fierce focus on quality — just as is the cuisine of Stellar’s Executive Chef Christopher Millar.
From an umami-packed assembly of Fremantle octopus, pickled clams, sea herbs and seafood essence, and a whimsically named dessert named Hey ‘Mite’, comprising of mushroom pebbles, Vegemite parfait, caramelised banana, chocolate soil and nitro hazelnut malt rocks, embark on a discovery of contemporary Australian cuisine and viniculture in this one-night event.
Menu: 6-course wine pairing menu at S$180++ per person
When: Wednesday, 25 August 2021, 6pm to 10.30pm
The bold flavours from the open fire pit and wood hearth parrilla of rooftop Argentinian dining destination FIRE are matched with the elegance of Australian wines and the complexity of French grapes in this wine dinner that spans two nights. Stunning key pieces in Argentina’s barbecue repertoire — such as a mud crab cooked under almond wood embers and served with Hokkaido scallop, clementines and charred fennel; and a smoke-kissed Jac Bingara' F1 Wagyu Tri-Tip MS 6-8 served with red chimichurri asparagus ‘Parrilla’, manchego cheese, lemon wood-fired white corn and corn ‘humita’ — are brilliantly matched with a selection of fine wines from the two celebrated wine countries to create a refined epicurean experience that is as iconic as the view it offers.
Menu: 5-course wine pairing menu at S$180++ per person
When: Saturday and Sunday, 28 and 29 August 2021, 6pm to 10:30pm
Marrying the Peruvian vigour and the sublimity of Japanese culture is this one-night-only sake pairing dinner at Singapore’s only Nikkei-influenced sumiyaki bar and grill. Refined dishes such as a ceviche of octopus with white corn, shallots, wasabi stem, onion sauce and Tiger’s milk, grilled miso cod in Peruvian green sauce, and flame-seared salmon sushi with Peruvian yellow chillies and ikura, are each paired with an elegant sake, the flavours blending in synergistic harmony to create a unique taste experience.
