As chief integrated retail and customer officer at Neiman Marcus, Stefanie Tsen Ward is responsible for activating the brand vision and experience across the brand’s stores, online and through remote selling.
“As we continue to transform our customer experience, I play a critical role in developing enhancements to prioritize the integrated retail experience,” she said. “A point of pride is my developmental role in Connect, our proprietary remote selling tool that gives our associates the ability to engage with and sell to our customers wherever they are.”
More personally, Ward said that as an Asian-American working mother, she is proud
to represent her communities and celebrate her uniqueness.
“As a leader, it is important for me to show my vulnerabilities as an example for an integrated work life balance. The realities of balancing business strategy and being an active caregiver at home have driven me to prioritize this culture for others. At the end of the day, it is the collective human journey that connects us all.”
