Tonight, the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards will honor the best television shows and performances of the year, and the celebration’s red carpet that took place beforehand dazzled with a slew of eye-catching trends. Although the common fashion phrase notes that one should never wear white after Labor Day, we spy with our eyes a few actors that are in a state of defiance. Perhaps it’s the unusually hot Los Angeles weather that’s encouraging summertime's favorite shade to take center stage, but one thing is for sure, these actor’s haven’t retired white suits from their wardrobes yet, and maybe you shouldn't either.

First up is Nicholas Braun, who plays the bumbling and endearing character Greg on HBO’s hit television drama, Succession. Braun has been nominated for the title of Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, and Succession is outperforming its fellow nominees with an impressive 25 Emmy nominations. For the celebratory occasion, Braun is sporting a dashing Dior suit adorned with seamless piped pockets. And if you look closely, you’ll also notice a pair of Fred Leighton Art Deco Diamond Double Clips fastened onto his button-down shirt underneath. The actor proves that accessorizing is always a must when it comes to elevating formal suit look.

Another actor on the carpet who seems to be familiar with the art of accessorizing is Seth Rogen, wearing a polished bow tie and what appears to be a silk cummerbund underneath his jacket, both of which perfectly embellish his ensemble of the evening. Rogan, nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a Limited Anthology Series or Movie, plays Rand Gauthier in the highly acclaimed film Pam & Tommy. It’s evident that the talented actor brings this same sense of effortless ease to his style.

Andrew Garfield, nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for his role as Detective Jeb Pyre in Under the Banner of Heaven, wowed red carpet onlookers with a suit from Zegna’s menswear collection. Garfield elegantly paired his outfit with a few decorative elements including a pair of standard patent leathers, silver-framed sunglasses, a bold timepiece with a dark brown leather strap, and a gold pinky ring that makes quite the statement.
