Where to use S$300 CDC vouchers: 12 lesser-known places that accept them as payment
It’s been slightly over a month since the S$300 Community Development Council (CDC) 2025 vouchers were disbursed in January. If you didn’t use them to buy Lunar New Year goodies, now might be the time to do so with other items. Thinking of where to use CDC vouchers besides the usual suspects (see: hawker centres or heartland stores)?
If so, here are 12 lesser-known places in Singapore to use your CDC vouchers.
Note that you can only use S$150 of your S$300 CDC Vouchers 2025 at participating hawkers/heartland merchants, and the other S$150 at participating supermarkets.
1. Pet Lovers Centre (Hawkers & Heartland Merchants)
If you own a pet and are running low on pet supplies, you can replenish your stocks at Pet Lovers Centre with your CDC vouchers. Pet Lovers Centre is one of the oldest and largest pet store chains in Singapore. Wondering where else to use your CDC vouchers? We bet you didn’t know that some general practitioners, such as Chang Clinic & Surgery, accept payment using CDC vouchers. Founded in 1992, the clinic has been providing healthcare services for decades.

Laundry (wet wash & iron) starts from S$4/piece and dry cleaning from S$5/piece.
Garments that they wash include dresses, shirts, and pants. They specialise in washing and dry cleaning linens including bedsheets, and ethnic costumes such as sari and cheongsam.

Are you a cafe hopper? If so, hop over to Bailey and Whiskey, a family-owned cafe in the South at the Depot Heights Shopping Centre. The eatery, whose namesake combines their 2 pets’ names, boasts gorgeous interior decoration that gives off a welcoming feeling.
The cafe is spacious, with 20 tables indoors and an outdoor area to accommodate 4 more tables. You can bring your pets along for a picnic, but they can only sit in its outdoor area.
