The Weeknd to play first-ever Singapore show in December

R&B superstar The Weekend will be performing in Singapore for the first time ever on 5 December as part of his Asian tour.

The 28-year-old will be taking the tour to several cities across Asia including Hong Kong, Bangkok, Manila, Bali, Taipei, Seoul and Tokyo, starting from 30 November.

The Canadian singer, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, is known for his chart-topping hits such as I Can’t Feel My Face, Starboy and The Hills.

His third and latest album Starboy recently won a Grammy Award for Best Urban Contemporary Album this year.

The venue and ticket details have yet to be announced.
