Your Weekly Tarot Card Reading, by Zodiac SignGetty/Margie Rischiotto

You don't need to know the difference between a three-card and a Celtic cross spread to get the most out of a tarot card reading. All you need: your Sun sign! Here's what I do: Shuffle my tarot deck and pull out the cards in order from Aries to Pisces, plus one general card for everyone so that you can get specific advice around your personality. Let’s go!

A GENERAL CARD FOR EVERYONE: QUEEN OF SWORDS

Take responsibility this week. Mercury Retrograde is here! My advice on getting through it: Don’t make assumptions about what other people are—or aren't—doing. Find out. And don't be surprised if you have to do things yourself. Double-check the details with your own eyes. The Queen of Swords is a taskmaster. She's a force for good, but on her own terms. She takes ownership for her life because she knows it’s the result of her own decisions and reactions. Be like her this week!

ARIES: KNIGHT OF WANDS

Time to go on an adventure, Aries! What inspiring words to hear on a Monday, right? The Knight of Wands is your best friend in the tarot, representing the fun, wild, spontaneous, and brave side of your character. You love to head out on a wild mission and make a name for yourself. Well, buckle up and enjoy this ride. Set a goal to pursue in the week ahead. Team up with a fellow explorer and set out to discover new territory. Have fun, live large, and be happy.

TAURUS: NINE OF SWORDS

Stop bottling up whatever is worrying you, Taurus. Unspoken fears will only damage you from the inside out. When left unspoken, they can’t be pulled down to earth. The Nine of Swords asks you to put these anxieties into actual words. Write them down or say them out loud, preferably to a trusted friend. I promise that most of this dread will evaporate when you do. This has all gotten out of proportion.

GEMINI: FIVE OF PENTACLES

People are drawn to vulnerability. You are not good on this front because you disguise your true feelings by default, especially the painful ones. Open up this week, Gemini. The Five of Pentacles reveals that whatever currently pains you is a shared experience. Someone else feels it too, or they've dealt with the same kind of situation in the past. Reach out, say how you feel, ask for advice, and listen closely. You can not only get help, but also grow closer to others.

CANCER: PAGE OF WANDS

Finish what you start, Cancer. You are diligent and enjoy doing things well, but you might be tempted to commit to things you know that you’re probably never going to do. It’s easy to say "yes" to future events and invites. But Future You will feel bad when the time comes around and they have to make excuses. Avoid that outcome and be discerning about what you’re getting into this week. Be realistic about your resources and time, and be honest about your true interests.

LEO: NINE OF PENTACLES

Nothing worth having is easy, right? Anything worthwhile takes time and effort to achieve. The Nine of Pentacles brings that home this week as you realize how long it's going to take you to accomplish something important. Don’t sweat, Leo. You have all the time in the world. Pace yourself. Break down your goal into a series of mini-milestones and give yourself dates to complete them by. This was never going to be an overnight task; accept that and deal with it. The rewards are still worth chasing. In fact, the longer you spend on this, the better they’ll be!

VIRGO: THE LOVERS

New romance could be on the cards this week, Virgo. Cupid is in town and ready to deliver you a perfect match! This could be a signs ruled by Mercury—fellow Virgos as well as Gemini. Or this could be someone catches your attention but also confuses you. Many first impressions are misleading. Take the time to follow up and create a conversation to check the chemistry. Be open-minded. This new person may not be what you expect. Have fun!

LIBRA: TEMPERANCE

Temperance asks for moderation and balance. What have you been overdoing or under-doing, Libra? What feels like it has gone to extremes and created some tension or pressure? Scale it back this week. Find the middle ground and you'll feel secure, safe, and grounded. Do grounding exercises, eat healthfully, get 8 hours of sleep, and chill out. You need a little reboot. Do this by finding peace and harmony in your everyday routine and lifestyle.

SCORPIO: FOUR OF WANDS

Time for action, Scorpio! You're ready to show them what you’re capable of and how far you’ve come. The Four of Wands is a powerful promise of promotion and advancement—perhaps literally through work, or maybe via a location change that opens new doors or a new study opportunity that will help you learn new skills. Keep your eye out and your mind open because this opportunity might come from an unexpected source.

SAGITTARIUS: TWO OF WANDS

You've started something and it’s firing up, not on all cylinders… but close. Sag, take a breath. Before this gets out from under you, take a minute to think about what needs to happen at this stage so you can create a solid foundation. Don’t fall for false errands, short cuts, and options that feel too good to be true. You’re doing this for good reasons, so treat it with respect. The Two of Wands requires focus and care from you this week. Deliver both and your project/role/activity/relationship will be a success.

CAPRICORN: THE WORLD

The World represents Saturn, your ruling planet. The World is also the final card of the tarot, so this feels like it’s going to be a really important week in your life story, Cap. This week is all about endings—the good kind, because it means you’ve reached a natural conclusion or achieved a hard-won goal. You made it! Celebrate, reflect, and then turn your gaze to the next mountain you want to climb. Every ending precedes a new beginning, and this week marks that transition for you. Caps love a goal, so set a new one. The higher you aim, the better the outcome. You’re a climber!

AQUARIUS: JUSTICE

Aquarius is a powerful sign representing truth, purity, and humanitarianism. Aquarius is the activist of the zodiac, campaigning for the voiceless, the vulnerable, and the victimized. The Justice tarot card shows that you’re shaken by something and you’re ready to lend your intelligence, energy, and voice to raising awareness and maybe finding a solution. You have natural gifts in this field, so use them well.

PISCES: SIX OF SWORDS

Take a deep breath, Pisces, and consciously let go of an old version of yourself. This version got you here! Thank them, learn from them, hug them, and say goodbye. This conscious ritual marks a turning point because a new six-month chapter of growth is unfolding in front of you, and it requires a new and improved version of yourself to turn up and tackle it. Let go of all past missteps or doubts. Be confident, be proud, be optimistic, and set off. You got this.
