Yes, that’s right, the annual F1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix race is happening this weekend! The slew of heavyweight headliners for the musical portion of the event include Duran Duran, OneRepublic, Ariana Grande, Lianne La Havas, The Chainsmokers, SEAL and George The Poet. 2. Speakshow Fest

Celebrating talented youths championing worthy social causes, this one-day arts-for-impact festival is organised exclusively within the four walls of *SCAPE Ground Theatre. There will be an exciting special instalment of Remix Showdown and an all-day blackbox bazaar. Come and be entertained!

3. Yellow Ribbon Prison Run

This year’s Yellow Ribbon Prison Run features several categories – competitive and fun run categories for individual runners, and the Run for Second Chances category for teams. All proceeds raised from the run will go to the Yellow Ribbon Fund, which supports rehabilitation and reintegration programmes for inmates and ex-offenders.

4. PARK(ing) Day 2017

Everyday parking lots along Bugis, Tan Quee Lan, Liang Seah, Sultan Gate and Bussorah Street will be transformed into interactive public spaces for a day! Organised by SUTD and the Urban Redevelopment Authority, examples of the transformation include a cyclist-friendly street lined by a bicycle barrier made of a series of interlocking bicycles.

5. Badminton Carnival 2017

Hosted by Mizuno Badminton Singapore and SkiyaSports Badminton, the Badminton Carnival will allow people to come and have a good time sweating it out! However, no current or ex-national players are eligible to participate in this event. Categories include Men and Women’s doubles as well as team events.

6. Super Sunday Photography Walk
