American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy is on a role! With a new hush-hush season of the horror anthology premiering in October and the Dahmer miniseries that every true crime junkie has seen, he's bringing yet another spine-chilling tale to the screen.

Netflix's The Watcher follows a suburban family who just moved into their dream home at 657 Boulevard. What could go wrong in the quaint suburbs of Westfield, New Jersey? Answer: A LOT. Their dream quickly becomes a living nightmare. After putting all their savings into the closing deal, they soon realize the neighborhood they hoped for is less than ideal. First, there's the kooky older neighbor who sneaks into the Brannocks' house and hides in their dumbwaiter (umm, heck no). Then, there's Karen (because there's always got to be a Karen), their realtor and old acquaintance who makes them feel like they don't belong. Doubt she'll be getting any realtor awards. Oh, and there's one more neighbor named Mo who doesn't seem to understand property lines (yikes).

The Brannock family's icy welcome quickly spirals into something more sinister when mysterious letters from someone called "The Watcher" start arriving in their mail. With messages warning that their new house and young children were under constant surveillance by a stranger, their dream house turned into a complete nightmare. And, did we mention this was based on a TRUE STORY?!

Who will be portraying the Brannock family and neighbors in the new Netflix series?

New Emmy Award winner Jennifer Coolidge will play comedic yet creepy realtor Karen Calhoun who's ready to sell, sell, sell, but don't expect great customer service after the deal is done.

Other cast members include, Rosemary's Baby actress Mia Farrow who plays an older neighbor named Pearl. She and her brother Jasper, played by Terry Kinney, like to play games, but we're not talking Monopoly. It's more like sneaking into the Brannocks' house to hide in their dumbwaiter. Other noisy (and problematic) neighbors include Mitch and Mo who are played by Richard Kind and Margo Martindale.
