  • The rock-hard cyst surprises Dr. Pimple Popper by flying out like a baseball.

Dr. Pimple Popper (a.k.a Sandra Lee, MD) is many things: a dynamite dermatologist, an empathetic queen, a master of puns. But one thing that's missing from her resume? A star baseball player-or at least a catcher.

In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper shows fans that while she might have A+ hand-eye coordination when it comes to snipping and squeezing pesky skin problems like cysts and lipomas, her reflex skills aren't always so smooth.

"This 💥POP💥 will test your reflexes... CATCH! ⚾️ 😳 #pilarcyst," she captioned the post, making a seasonally appropriate reference (spring = baseball season) and hinting at a surprise scenario that's sure to unfold-two classic components of a sure-to-be exciting and shocking Dr. Pimple Popper masterpiece.

The video begins with the doc saying to her patient, "[pilar cysts] are very easy to remove, so no big deal at all." Quick refresher: pilar cysts, which are often found on the head, scalp, face, and neck, are made up of excess keratin and shed skin tissue, and-good news!-are typically benign.

Once this intro to bio 101 is complete, Dr. Pimple Popper moves on to pushing against the patients scalp, where there's already an incision with a bubble-shaped pilar cyst peeking out.

The doc pushes...and pushes...and pushes...and the pilar cyst starts to inch ever-so-slowly out of the opening until the doc presses down one more time and POW! A little whitish-gray rock flies out of the patient's scalp, catching (pun intended) Dr. Pimple Popper by surprise. While she unfortunately didn't make the catch (sorry Dr. P, no MLB for you), the doc doesn't let it get her sprits down, excitedly exclaiming, "Cool! That was a fun one!"

Say it with me now: More flying pilar cysts, please!
