Vivian Hsu announces divorce from husband Sean Lee
12 Dec - Vivian Hsu recently surprised many by revealing that she and husband Sean Lee have called it quits on their marriage after nine years.
Sharing the news on Instagram Story, the Taiwanese singer stated that they are thankful for all the sacrifices and growth they had in more than nine years. While they have given their best efforts, they couldn't overcome the differences between the two of them.
"After careful consideration and much communication, we made the amicable decision to end our marriage. This is the most difficult but most appropriate arrangement for each other," she added.
Vivian and Sean will share the custody of their son, and that the two of them will no longer respond to questions regarding the matter.
"Thank you for the care and understanding from the outside world. Finally, I wish each other and everyone all the best and peace," she added.
Vivian tied the knot with the Singaporean businessman in 2014. Though they only have one son together, Dalton, Vivian is also stepmum to Sean's two daughters from a previous marriage.
