This is Vaughn's first DUI arrest though this isn't his first brush with the law.
In 2001, the 48-year-old actor was arrested for a bar fight in which fellow actor Steve Buscemi ended up being stabbed by a random man in the arm, face and throat while intervening.
The incident took place in Wilmington, North Carolina, where the actors were filming "Domestic Disturbance", and occurred between Vaughn, Scott Rosenberg, and a local man.
