Victor Wong's concert guest performer is Aniu
10 Jun - After much speculations, Victor Wong finally revealed that the special guest he will be having at his concert will be Aniu.
The KL-born singer shared the good news on social media with a poster of Aniu with his guitar, and the link to his "See You Today" tour in Malaysia.
Earlier, the singer hinted about a guest of honour for the Malaysian stop of his concert, saying that the singer "made his debut before me, younger than me and also more good looking than me."
"We have known each other for 27 years since we started working at Rolling Stone Records. We have collaborated on many stages, but this is the first time we will sing together at a concert in Malaysia," he said.
Victor also called Aniu his acting mentor, saying that it was Aniu who suggested for him to play the role of the prince charming in "Ice Kacang Puppy Love".
He believes that this collaboration with Aniu on stage will definitely become one of the highlights of the concert that night, and the audience will definitely be entertained by their singing and interaction.
The concert will be held at the Arena of Stars, Resorts World Genting on 29 June, more than a year since he launched the tour at the end of 2022.
