Veteran actor Michael Chan finally marrying partner
10 Sep – After being together for decades, it was revealed that martial arts actor Michael Chan (Chan Wai Man) is finally ready to marry his life partner, Ng Kwok Ying.
As reported on Mingpao, tabloids recently leaked the couple's Notice of Intended Marriage, which revealed that both parties' marital status to be "unmarried".
It is noted that the two of them have already been together for the past 50 years, and are already parents to three children.
In a past interview, Michael revealed that Ng has been with him since his 20s. Many assumed that the two tied the knot soon after dating, but the leaked form has revealed that they were never officially married.
When asked by the media about the marriage, Michael at first denied it, before finally confirming the good news. However, he declined to make further comments.
