Venus Wong to continue working after marriage
25 Sep – Although she is now married, Venus Wong said that there will be nothing different when it comes to her career as an actress.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, whose new ViuTV drama "Me Too" (also known as "Hypothetical Innocence") is set to premiere on 3 October, stated that she is free to make her own decision and does not need her husband's approval for her future projects.
"We have always been very independent of our projects, and the same is true even after marriage. It will have no impact. I can still concentrate on work even if we're married now," she said.
As for baby plans, Venus said that the two of them are not that keen on having children for now.
"We want to enjoy our married life for now, just the two of us," she said.
The actress also added that the two of them have no plans to hold another banquet in Hong Kong following their Hokkaido reception.
