Vanness Wu addresses rumours of divorce
19 Jun – Taiwanese singer Vanness Wu has recently addressed rumours that he and his Singaporean wife Arissa Cheo are getting a divorce.
According to Epoch Times, reports of an impending divorce sparked last week when tabloids claimed that a legal rep of Arissa announced that the heiress has agreed to sign the divorce papers.
It was also alleged that the heiress had wanted to save their marriage, but finally relented after the singer sent two divorce agreements.
Responding to the reports recently, Vanness' management company stated that matters concerning Vanness' marriage with Arissa is a private matter.
"We are deeply sorry for the false claims made by a third party," said the rep.
The company also urged the public to give the singer some space, adding that "time will prove everything".
