Dew by Whitegrass is an extension of the MICHELIN-starred Whitegrass restaurant, and combines European cuisine with an Asian touch. For Valentine’s Day 2024, the restaurant will be launching a 5-course Valentine’s Day experience, which comes in at S$180++ for 2 pax.
Each dish on the menu is designed and named to tell a love story, with First Date being the first course that kicks off your sensory adventure. This delicate dish marries Fukuoka Aori ika tartar with piquant yuzu dashi jelly and light cauliflower mousse. The second course, Love Potion, is an umami roasted chicken and basil broth served with a cube of spicy jalapeno toast.

For Valentine’s Day 2024, the fine-dining restaurant, Alma by Juan Amador, will be presenting a luxurious Valentine’s Dinner Menu, perfect for those who enjoy the finer things in life. The dinner consists of 7 courses and 2 snacks, priced at S$300++ per pax or S$528++ per couple.
To start, enjoy the Cauliflower Pie Tee, served with seafood sashimi, and nibble on the Takoyaki Potato Gratin, which is complemented by smoked eel crème and caviar.

MICHELIN-starred Saint Pierre is a French restaurant situated in front of the Marina Bay waterfront. Their extravagant Valentine’s Day Dinner, which is available on 13 and 14 Feb, costs S$528++ per pax— if you have the means to, why not splurge a little this year?
You can also opt to add on a wine accompaniment at S$328++ per pax, a premium wine accompaniment at S$496++ per pax, or a non-alcoholic accompaniment at S$148++ per pax.
The 7-course menu contains intricate dishes crafted with premium ingredients like Hokkaido king scallop, loch fyne langoustine and omi beef. 10. Fat Belly (FBG)
Fat Belly (FBG) is a pioneering steakhouse in Singapore that specialises in uncommon cut of beef and charcoal-cooked meats. The restaurant will be launching a 4-course menu for 12 and 13 Feb, or a 5-course menu exclusively available on 14 Feb.
The 4-course menu costs S$78++ for pork or S$98++ for beef, while the 5-course menu comes in at S$98++ for pork and S$108++ for beef.
The 4-course menu consists of a Charcuterie board, containing ruby foie gras parfait bresaola, san daniele ham, tête de moine and assorted condiments. The Bikini Prawn is the next course, which pairs fresh prawns with taro purée, ikura and chioggia beets.
