Uqasya Senrose calls out edited video that sparked unwarranted controversy about daughter
5 Mar - Uqasya Senrose recently expressed annoyance over some people misinterpreting an interaction she had with a member of her team to create a controversy.
The actress recently spoke to the media about a viral video titled "Uqasha questioned the doctor whose child because she looks like...", which edited the funny conversation she had with her hairdresser, where she joked about her daughter Hawra Uqaira having no resemblance to herself.
"I am just frustrated because the title is slanderous. Many people think that I didn't acknowledge Uqaira as my daughter. Hundreds of comments were left on the post, even though they didn't even know what the actual conversation was between me and the hairdresser," she said.
Uqasha said that she never got upset in the past, whenever people talked about her. However, it is different when it comes to her child.
"If you want to post anything, don't just take a snippet of the whole thing that can spark controversy. Sometimes, it's not even netizens that are to blame, but the title that made people leave negative comments," she said.
Uqasha and husband Kamal Adli welcomed their first child Hawra Uqaira in May last year.
