Uqasha Senrose finally confirms pregnancy
16 Jan - After nearly three years of marriage, Uqasha Senrose revealed that she is now safely pregnant with her first baby with actor husband Kamal Adly.
On 14 January, the actress posted a video with clips from her 2021 wedding, before it changed to a video of her in a red dress, showing off her baby bump and trying not to cry from being moved by the pregnancy.
Calling it the biggest blessing of her life, Uqasha said that the reason she kept the pregnancy from public knowledge until it was truly stable was because of her previous two miscarriages.
"Please pray for me and my child. Thank you so much to those who have prayed for me [to have a baby]... As I am entering motherhood, I realised that having a cute or pretty baby is not important. What's important is that the baby is healthy and perfect," she said.
It is noted that Uqasha had experienced miscarriages twice since she tied the knot with Kamal in November 2021. The first occurred in early 2022, while the second one happened in November the same year.
