Rub shoulders with British disco-pop singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor and R&B songstress Estelle when they arrive in Singapore for this year’s grand prix after party, The Podium Lounge.

Happening throughout the Formula One Night Race weekend from Friday (16 Sept) to Sunday (18 Sept), the annual event, dubbed one of the hottest GP after parties, will return to the Grand Ballroom at Ritz-Carlton, Millennia Singapore.

Award-winning R&B singer Estelle will be performing on Sunday. The 36-year-old songwriter and entrepreneur, whose real name is Estelle Swaray, is popular for her hit song “American Boy”, which features hip hop megastar Kanye West. She also won a Grammy for that song in 2009.

Estelle returns two years after performing at the GP after party in Singapore in 2014, called Amber Lounge.

Meanwhile, Bextor, 37, who was popular in the 90s heydays with dance hit “Murder on the Dance Floor” and “Get Over You”, will be performing on Friday.

The now mother of four recently released her latest hit “Come With Us”, taken from her forthcoming album Familia, which is due on 2 Sept 2016. She will be making an appearance with her husband Richard Jones, who plays bass for British rock band The Feeling.
