These two former “The Bachelor Australia” contestants found love with each other and we’re so happy for them
It’s almost hard to believe that there have been 20 series of the U.S. version of The Bachelor. That’s not to mention that various spin-offs, as well as the versions from other countries, including those in Australia, Canada, Brazil, China, and Spain.
While the whole point of the show is that a group of women battle it out to find love with one specific man, it seems that, for two contestants of The Bachelor Australia, the opposite is true.

Both Megan Marx and Tiffany Scanlon appeared on the last season of The Bachelor Australia. Meeting at a cocktail party, the pair went on to be two of 25 women vying for the heart of Richie Strahan. However, things weren’t meant to be.
Despite not winning the heart of Strahan, both Megan and Tiffany embarked on a beautiful friendship together.

The pair were constantly appearing on each other’s Instagram accounts, and it seemed that they were truly BFFs. Seriously, how cute are they!?

While the pair previously haven’t confirmed or denied whether their friendship was more than platonic, fans were shipping them anyway.
That was until Monday (October 24th) on Tiffany’s 30th birthday when Megan shared this cute AF Insta post.
The picture shows the pair on the beach and is accompanied with the sweetest caption.
“I met Tiffany in a very strange situation. Well… we were kind of dating the same guy. And it was filmed and put on TV
,” Megan wrote. “From that first cocktail party, it was like this instant calibration between souls, as if we had known each other once before. Friendship ripened into something bolder, trust in a very strange situation was formed, and now every adventure we have rivals the other- and continues to make plans for itself.”
OMG, this is SO adorable. Continuing, she added:
“She is so confident in the ocean and in every adventure, as if every new experience is a winning of the lottery somehow; a chance to grow and learn and develop. To Tiffany, experience wins over the worldly acquisition of ‘things’ every time- and I think this is why she is so open-minded, so accepting of others, so fun and so at ease with letting winds blow her towards a variety of opportunities. She’s helped me to disintegrate many of the ideals I’ve had that were harmful (about relationships, about career and ‘stability’) and for that I feel set free.”
Literally, the definition of #goals.
Also sharing a picture on Instagram, Tiffany thanked Megan for her birthday present, which was flying over the Abrolhos Islands.

“Meeting Megan this year felt like destiny. The past few months with her in her hometown of Geraldton have been bliss and today’s adventure was the cherry on top,” she wrote.

Speaking to OK Magazine Australia, the pair spoke about their relationship and it’s super real.
“I think that when it comes to attraction, for me, it’s usually a connection of minds and humour before anything else, and I’m traditionally attracted to men but I don’t rule anything out,” said Megan. “I would say that Tiff’s in the same boat.”

We’re so happy for Megan and Tiffany. They really seem like they’re totally besotted with each other, and it’s amazing that they could have find each other on a show like The Bachelor Australia.
