Shameless‘ Ian has his work cut out for him at his new job.

Alicia Coppola (The Young and the Restless) will recur in Season 7 as the newly-minted EMT’s blue collar, no-nonsense supervisor, our sister site Deadline reports.

Additionally, the Showtime dramedy has cast MADtv‘s Arden Myrin (as a homeless woman who hooks up with Frank), Deadwood‘s Pasha Lychnikoff (as Svetlana’s father) and Ruby Modine (as a new waitresses at Patsy’s Pies).

Shameless returns Sunday, Oct. 2 at 9/8c.

* Potential trouble for “Ezria”: Pretty Little Liars will bring back Shane Coffey as Aria’s former love interest Holden Strauss in Season 7B, per The Hollywood Reporter.

* Vice President Joe Biden will appear as himself in an upcoming episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, EW.com reports. During the press conference scene, Biden will commend the team’s work in clearing New York City’s rape kit backlog.

* Roadies this season will welcome a quartet of guest stars: Rules of Engagement‘s David Spade (as the star of fictional drama Dead Sex), Ray Donovan‘s Rosanna Arquette (as a smug iconic rock photographer), and comedian Marc Maron and rocker John Mellencamp as themselves.
