Travis Kelce Talks About Feeling Grateful to Hang Out with Brother Jason: 'Family Time Is Priceless'

After the NFL stars were spotted watching the Philadelphia Phillies take on the Arizona Diamondbacks on Monday, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, spoke out about why he cherishes every moment they get to spend together.
"Family time is priceless," he said during a press conference on Friday. "Anytime you can get around your loved ones, you got to take advantage of that. Unfortunately, during the football season or because of the football season, I don't get to see him in person."

"New Heights, our podcast, has been able to kind of bring together what we've really been missing since our college days. But any chance I get to go and hang out with them or see my mom and dad, I'm always jumping in the bit," he explained.

And with New Heights now the no. 1 most-downloaded sports podcast on Apple Podcasts, Travis was asked if he could have anticipated the podcast to be this successful.
"I don't think either one of us could have anticipated it is where it is now. Both of us having great seasons last year, and meeting up in the Super Bowl obviously has a lot to do with that," said Travis, before adding that he's grateful it has given fans a chance to get to know Jason, 35, better. "But everybody getting to know my brother more from a personal standpoint, getting the offensive lineman a little more face time, I think that has been awesome and people have really appreciated that."

His appearance at the game occurred a day after he surprised fans by making a cameo on the season 49 premiere of Saturday Night Live, where he jokingly referenced his relationship with Taylor Swift.

While Jason hasn't directly spoken about his brother's romance with the pop superstar, 33, a source previously told PEOPLE that their mom Donna "likes Taylor and thinks she’s very sweet and down to earth.”
