Tracy Chou may undergo surgery for spinal problem

3 Jul - Taiwanese actress Tracy Chou recently revealed that she may need to undergo surgery for spinal disc herniation.

As reported on Epoch Times, the actress recently shared a photo with an X-ray of her spine and expressed her apology for causing a problem to the cast and crew of her new drama, "Home Sweet Home" as she needs to take a break to deal with her health issue.

Tracy shared that she had seen several doctors about her condition, and was told by a few of them that she should undergo surgery to rectify her situation.

"But I am a very lucky person. Even [with the condition], my ability to act has not been greatly affected and I felt no pain," she said.

While she has gone on without receiving any treatment previously, Tracy said that she will take the matter seriously this time and is currently under observation for treatment.

"Although it isn't certain that I will be completely healed, I still want to try it. I am doing well right now, and am trying the rehab therapy. Thank you," she added.

Tracy also reminded fans not to take any health problems lightly no matter how minor they think it is.
