A wide range of skateboard equipment are sold within the cafe, while community sessions and skate lessons take place daily.

For foodies, the newly-opened cafe offers a variety of F&B selections— think fast casual grub like Grilled Sandwiches, Burgers and Steaks. Prices range from S$7.90 to S$16.90

The Trick Stacker (S$11.90) stood out in the menu, as it features a hefty 120g char-grilled beef patty atop smoked turkey bacon, caramelised onions and the usual tomatoes and lettuce. Create a combo with Fries (S$2) or Fries & Soft Drink (S$3) with the purchase of any burger or sandwich!

Those in need of a sugar rush may look into their Milkshakes and Ice Cream options. Otherwise, fitness enthusiasts may enjoy the Tropical Punch (S$6.90) smoothie that encompasses pineapple, orange and pink guava blended with a natural yoghurt base.

There is no better way to burn off all those calories than by attending a class by The Ride Side which is in the same vicinity as The Ride Side Skate Cafe. Skate classes are divided into surf skating, skateboarding and longboarding. I highly encourage individuals who miss surfing the waves overseas to give the surfskate an attempt. In comparison to the conventional skateboard, the surfskate supposedly replicates the thrill of surfing.

For adults, 3 lesson categories are available for beginners and advanced skate surfers: Level 1 should cater to beginners who are new to the sport, while Levels 2 & 3 are preferred by advanced practitioners. Allocating these class types better caters to one’s level of expertise in the sport.

Children who have no experience but are interested in skateboarding should not miss out on their Fundamental lessons. Of course, more experienced skateboarders should sign up for their Level 1 Basics class instead.

Until 16 Apr 2023 only, head down to enjoy their opening sales, skate discounts and more!
