The 20-year-old actor turned up at Egleston Children’s Hospital in Atlanta in full Spidey attire (minus the mask) to chat to and pose for photos with the kids there.

Holland was able to take time out of his busy schedule because ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ is filming in the city, plus it’s just a really lovely thing to do.

The British actor posted one of his cheery encounters on his Instagram, complete with a touching message:

‘Meeting you all today was such a wonderful experience and you’re all such little inspirations. We’re proud of you and we love and we hope to be back soon ❤️ and thank you for having us Egleston Children’s hospital.’

The likes of Chris Pratt (dressed as ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ hero Star-Lord) have partaken in similar visits in the past and is not only a great way for Disney and Marvel to give back to the community and fan base, but it gives their young audience an experience to cherish.

‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ stars Holland as Disney and Marvel’s first big-screen outing, having finally acquired the character’s license from Marvel Enterprises and Sony.

He made his first, memorable appearance in ‘Captain America: Civil War’ earlier this year and is now set for a film that’ll focus on his younger years as a high school teen alongside Zendaya.

‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ is in UK cinemas from 7 July, 2017.
