Toby Chan clarifies recent photo with boyfriend
14 Aug – Toby Chan has recently denied speculations that she is now engaged to millionaire boyfriend Benny Yeung.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress sparked rumours of an upcoming wedding when she suddenly shared a photo of her with her new man for the first time on social media.
She wrote, "I like this photo very much, because our smiles are equally sincere."
When asked about the meaning behind the photo recently, Toby said that there is nothing special about it as people speculated.
"It's just that I went to a dinner party the night before, and a lot of friends who I haven't seen for a long time asked me about my current life," she said.
Toby added that she didn't want them to read about her from the newspaper and magazines, so decided to share the photo of her boyfriend on social media instead.
