Tina Yen gives birth to second child prematurely
22 Feb – Taiwanese actress Tina Yen recently announced that everything is well with her and baby daughter, Tammy, who was born prematurely.
As reported on Epoch Times, the actress, who was originally expected to give birth in March, had to go on labour a few weeks earlier than scheduled due to cervical insufficiency.
After spending some time in the hospital, on 15 February Tina revealed online that Tammy is now doing fine after 20 days under medical care.
"I was touched the moment I saw her. All the hard work was worth it," she said.
Speaking to the media recently, Tina's manager confirmed that Tina has safely given birth to her daughter.
It was revealed that the pregnancy was challenging for Tina, who last gave birth to her first son Willson in 2012. The actress had three miscarriages before successfully giving birth to her second child.
