Taylor Lautner’s Comment on Olivia Rodrigo’s “Vampire” Announcement Is Absolutely Perfect

So Olivia Rodrigo hopped on Instagram yesterday to announce that her new single “Vampire” will be out on June 30 (!!!!!!!) and also gave fans a look at the art: a black-and-white shot of her profile with two purple Band-Aids on her neck.

And obviously, it’s impossible for most of us to hear the word “vampire” without immediately thinking of Edward “This Is the Skin of a Killer, Bella” Cullen. And that definitely includes Taylor Lautner (aka Jacob Black), who hopped into the comments of Olivia’s post with this perfection: “K WHO TF BIT YOU.”

I mean, incredible.

Kay, back to Olivia’s new music. Back in 2022, she chatted with Billboard about working on her second album, saying, “It’s definitely a different experience writing a second album after having a debut that was so well received. I still write so much of my music in my bedroom though, and I don’t think that experience will ever change. Writing songs will hopefully always be an outlet for me to process my feelings before anything else.”

She also teased the album back in May of this year, bolding her initials and the number 2 in her newsletter: “I cannot believe it’s been 2 years since Sour came out. That album will always be so, so special to me & I’m so grateful to you guys for embracing it the way you have. I’m taking today to reflect on all the amazing things that have happened since Sour and looking fORward 2 all the things to come.”

Literally cannot wait for June 30!
