Is Tarek El Moussa From 'Flip or Flop' Dating?
The new season of Flip or Flop opened in an unusual way-at least for an HGTV show that formerly followed a husband-and-wife team. When scheduling a time to look at a house, Tarek El Moussa told his ex-wife and business partner Christina that he couldn't; he was on his way to "meet somebody."
So who is this "somebody" whom Tarek was dating? That part is unclear, and it's likely the romance fizzled out by the air date. When we spoke to Tarek recently, he confirmed that he does not currently have a girlfriend.

"I'm just kind of doing my own thing," Tarek exclusively told us when asked about his dating life. "I'm enjoying being single. I have a lot of friends. I go out and have a good time and focus on my kids and my career."
The El Moussas' two kids, Taylor and Brayden, keep them busy, as does their company and TV show.

"Getting into a relationship just seems like the last thing for me right now," Tarek, who just bought a new house, continued. "I'm still recovering and licking my wounds and just focusing on myself."
Tarek's recovery is related to more than just the split. The star is in remission after battling two forms of cancer-and he's still healing from his recent back injury.

That's not to say Tarek's love life has been a complete lull. The realtor has been spotted out on dates, as reported by multiple publications. He also seems to have a type. In episode one of the new season, when Christina asked Tarek was his date looked like, he replied that she's blonde and about 5'5". Christina's response? "I thought you didn't like blondes anymore."
"We're both trying to get back into the dating scene," Tarek explained later on.

At the moment, Christina is off the market. She has been dating Ant Anstead for six months. Tarek recently told us what he thinks of his ex's new boyfriend. Overall, he appears to approve.
"Yeah, Ant's a great guy and I'm lucky to have met him," Christina responded.
