Taiwanese stars left shaken after 6.0-magnitude earthquake

9 Aug – A 6.0-magnitude earthquake that hit the eastern part of Taiwan recently left some of its more well-known residents quite shaken.

As reported on ET Today, actress Ady An, who is currently in confinement period after giving birth to her first child, shared that she was really scared when the tremor occurred.

Said the actress, the first thing that came to mind was her baby, and she immediately rushed to the baby room to hold her boy. Though the earthquake eventually subsided, Ady admitted that she still had a lingering fear.

"It is really impossible for a mother to calm down. I hope everyone is safe," she added.

Taipei-based singer Z-Chen shared a photo of his model airplane scattered on the ground, saying that it was the first time that he has woken up by such a big earthquake.

"My model was all ruined. I hope everybody is okay and safe!" he wrote.

Meanwhile, Annie Yi shared a photo of her room following the quake, and revealed that all of her belongings were scattered on the floor after she got back.

"Only [Qin Hao's] paintings didn't fall. Everything is safe. I hope that everyone is fine," she added.
