Rachelle describes herself as a simple, sweet and ordinary girl. This is her first time to join a pageant.

Rachelle joined Miss World Philippines because she believes that she represents the pageant's thrust of "beauty with a purpose." Her advocacy is to help: help those who are in need and support the people who want to help.

Rachelle is a Customs Administration student, and wants to eliminate the wrong thinking or idea that people generally have about the people behind Customs. In this manner, she can help the Philippines have a better import and export system.

Rachelle believes that she should be the next Miss World Philippines because she is true to herself, she has faith in God, and she has a big heart to help others who are in need.
