Sydney Sweeney has been booked and busy promoting her new movie Anyone But You, and predictably, her outfits for every occasion have been on point. However, Syd's seriously toned legs were the real star of the show in a new photo of her walking in New York City.

In the pic, the The White Lotus star rocked a chic '60s-inspired pale pink coat and minidress with a matching purse and heels that made her look like a real-life Barbie doll. The whole 'fit put her mega-sculpted legs on full display—seriously, look at her ripped thigh muscles!

If you’re wondering exactly how Sydney stays so strong from head to toe, the first thing to know is that she's big on getting active outdoors. In fact, the Women's Health December 2023 cover star says she’s most at peace when spending time outside at her family’s lake home in a small town on the Washington-Idaho border.

Yup, the 26-year-old actress has an adventurous rope-swinging alter ego she calls “Lake Syd,” she recently revealed to WH. Lake Syd goes on long hikes with her dog Tank and does slalom waterskiing, which requires you to strap both legs into one ski.

Reaping the physical and mental benefits is the best part of it all, Sydney says. When she’s whipping around the lake at 60 miles per hour, her brain truly quiets down while her body does the work.

“It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” Sydney said. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid." However, she never sees it as a workout because it's just plain fun, she added.

And even when she’s working, Sydney still makes time for movement. She takes her dog Tank out for a two-mile walk each day in the morning and at night and tries to do a workout video at home, she told Bustle.

She also likes doing celeb-favorite gym DOGPOUND workout videos, and says they're doable even with limited equipment. Outside of a home workout, she loves taking Solidcore Pilates classes, she told WH.

When it comes to staying fueled for everything she has going on, Sydney keeps things simple. She loves croissant toast with cinnamon sugar and berries to start her day, she told Bustle, and she loves staying hydrated by drinking water. It's fitting since she's a brand ambassador for Bai, and her favorite flavor is Pilavo Pineapple Mango.

I love it. Sydney, you're stronger than ever!
