Sun Li introduces sister Sun Yan on new drama
28 Feb – If you think that the young woman playing the younger Sun Li in "I Will Find You A Better Home" looks eerily similar to the Chinese actress, that is because they are indeed sisters.
As reported on Mingpao, Sun recently took to social media to share a photo of her with the younger actress, who shares similar shaped eyes and smile with her, writing, "When I saw that the script needed a younger version of my character, I thought who else would be more suitable than this girl?"
"It needs to be my own sister Sun Yan," she added.
Sun Yan was revealed to be Sun Li's half-sister - an 18-year-old high school student who has also made several guest appearances on television series.
Prior to the latest series, Sun Yan previously appeared in her older sister's hit 2011 series, "The Legend of Zhen Huan", playing the role of Zhen Huan's younger sister Yu Rao.
"I Will Find You A Better Home" marks Sun Li's comeback to television three years after "Nothing Gold Can Stay".
